What we do not do

We do not visit homes or hotels.
We work only at the studio, inside Forum Hotel. If you are looking for a massage at your address in Sofia, we are not the right place, and it is fairer to say so here than on the phone.
We are not a spa centre.
There is no sauna, no pool, no steam room. One studio with therapists — you come for a massage and leave after it.
We do not offer Thai massage.
We do what we do well: classic and deep-tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial work, prenatal massage and facial therapies.
We are not an erotic salon.
We say it because search results mix the two and people ask. Mieli is a therapeutic massage studio, for women and for men.

Where we are
The studio is inside Forum Hotel, at 2 Sofiyski Geroy Str. — between the Ivan Vazov district and South Park, a few minutes from Bulgaria Blvd. We work every day from 10:00 to 20:00, by appointment. There is parking in front of the hotel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a massage in Sofia cost here?
From 45 € for an ultrasonic facial cleanse to 105 € for a 120-minute Mieli massage. The most chosen one is the 60-minute Mieli massage at 60 €. The prices listed above are complete and do not change at weekends.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. The studio works by appointment only, so you do not wait and the room is ready. You can book online or by phone.
Do you massage men?
Yes. Therapeutic massage is not divided by gender, and a large part of our clients are men, most often with neck and lower-back problems from desk work.
What is the difference between a relaxing and a therapeutic massage?
A relaxing massage uses lighter, more even pressure and aims to settle you. Deep-tissue and myofascial work is slower and more intense, and is used when there is a specific restriction or tension that keeps coming back. If you are not sure, say what is bothering you and we will choose together.
Can I have a massage if I have a health condition?
It depends on the condition, and that is a question for your doctor rather than a massage therapist. Ask them and we will wait for the answer — we do not take on cases we are not sure about.
