A booking is made online through the site or on site. To book we need your name, phone and email. By confirming the booking you accept these terms.

All prices are in euro. Payment is made on site in the studio or online by card via myPOS. Gift vouchers and subscriptions are paid in advance.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 6 hours before the start. For a cancellation less than 6 hours before the appointment, or for a no-show, the full price of the service is due. This applies to appointments booked both online and on site.

A no-show without notice is treated as a late cancellation and the full price of the service is due.

In case of late arrival the session may be shortened so as not to disrupt the schedule of the following clients. A delay of more than 15 minutes may lead to automatic cancellation of the session or of the planned treatment.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable. They are redeemed via the code when booking an appointment. In case of a late cancellation (under 6 hours) of an appointment paid with a voucher, the voucher is forfeited.

A subscription is paid at purchase and includes a set number of treatments for a set period. Treatments not used by the end of the period are not refunded.

Promotions are not combined — the more favourable one applies. Referral programme: a referred new client receives a discount on their first massage; the referrer receives a bonus that accumulates and is valid for 1 month. The referral link is valid for 10 days and can be used once.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, for services requested online the consumer agrees that performance begins at the agreed time. A booked appointment that is not cancelled within the period in section 4 is non-refundable.

The client must disclose any health conditions, pregnancy or contraindications before the treatment. We ask clients to maintain good personal hygiene. In case of skin conditions, infections or other health issues, please inform the therapist in advance so they can adapt your therapy. Massage is not recommended during acute viral conditions or fever, as it speeds up metabolism. The massages are relaxing and restorative in nature and do not replace medical treatment.

We offer specialised massages for pregnant women — please state your condition when booking. Pregnant clients may be massaged only after consulting a doctor and after the third month of pregnancy.

All sessions take place in a discreet, calm and professional setting. Our therapists are certified and strictly follow the profession's code of ethics. Unacceptable behaviour by the client leads to termination of the session without a refund.

We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.
