Good to know
When two hours are justified
When the tension is not from one heavy week but from several months. In a hundred and twenty minutes there is room for the body and for stopping - that is the difference between a treatment and a recovery.
How the session goes
The work goes in layers: lightly at first, until the body accepts the touch, then deeper where it is needed. Rushing here removes exactly what you came for.
Practical
Leave yourself half an hour afterwards too. Getting off the table and running out wastes half the effect.
