Good to know
What the extra thirty minutes buy
It is not the same massage stretched out. Ninety minutes lets the whole body pass through the therapist's hands instead of forcing a choice between the back and the legs. The difference shows most at the end - the body has time to let go, not only to be worked on.
How the session goes
A conversation first, then work on the areas that need it, at a pace that does not rush. For chronic tension in the back and shoulders, this is the hour that makes sense.
Afterwards
Drink water and do not schedule anything demanding straight after. Part of the effect arrives in the hours that follow, not on the table.
