Good to know
What a sound massage is
Bowls are placed on and around the body and the vibration is felt physically - this is not background music. It is combined with massage, so body and hearing work together.
Who it is for
For people whose tension sits less in the muscles than in the head - trouble falling asleep, thoughts that will not stop, a constant sense of hurry.
What to expect
Many people fall asleep. That is not a failed session, it is its most common outcome. If the sound irritates rather than settles you, it stops - you say so and that is that.
