Good to know
How the session goes
We start with a short conversation - what is weighing on you today, where you feel the tension, whether there is an area to avoid. Then we work on that, not on a textbook routine. The same massage looks different on two different people.
Who this hour is for
Sixty minutes is enough for the back, neck and shoulders - which is to say, for what sitting at a screen does to a body. If you want the legs, arms and face in the same hour, look at ninety minutes instead; in sixty something will be left unfinished.
First time
Come ten minutes early. You need to bring nothing. Say plainly if you dislike strong pressure or if an area makes you uncomfortable - that does not spoil the massage, it makes it yours.
