Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a deep therapy for a body that feels tight, stiff or restricted in movement.
It works with the fascia — the tissue that connects muscles, joints and structures into one whole. When it loses its elasticity, the body starts to move with more difficulty, posture changes, and tension builds up in specific areas.
At Mieli the techniques are chosen personally, according to your current state. The work is slow, deep and precise, focused on restoring mobility, easing tension and bringing a sense of more lightness in the body.

Good to know
What fascia is and why we work it
Fascia is the wrapping around the muscles. When it tightens it restricts movement somewhere that is often far from where it hurts. So the work here is slow and follows whole chains, not just the spot that bothers you.
How it feels
More intense than a classic massage, and slower. Sometimes it sits at the edge of comfortable. That edge is agreed with you during the session, not crossed in silence.
When to ask a doctor first
If the pain is sharp, recent, or follows an injury — diagnosis first, massage after. We will wait.
