Elena
Lead therapist
Speaks: Bulgarian, English
I'm Elena Ivanova - or, as people have started calling me lately, Eli Mieli - the creator of Mieli massage in Sofia. My journey began eight years ago, because I know what it's like to be on the edge - from stress, pain, exhaustion… and how a true massage, coming from the heart, can bring you back to yourself.
I wanted Mieli to be a place where everyone feels seen, heard and embraced with attention. I began alone - with my hands, with my heart, with a desire to listen. Over time the body began to 'speak' - and I understood how important it is to know how to hear it.
Today Mieli is a small temple of calm in the heart of Sofia - a space where attention to you isn't a service, but a mission.

Nataliya
Massage therapist
Speaks: Bulgarian, English, Russian, Ukrainian
My name is Nataly Kalita - a professional massage therapist and esthetic cosmetician. I received my foundational education in Sofia and regularly continue to raise my qualifications through additional training and professional development.
For me, massage is not only knowledge of anatomy and physiology, but also the skill of creating a feeling of comfort, calm and safety for each person. My clients are active, busy people who carry great responsibility every day - toward their work, family and many commitments. During the massage, my task is to help them recover, release tension and give attention to themselves.
A special place in my practice belongs to facial massage - this is my distinctive strength, highly valued by my clients.
I believe the best results are achieved when there is trust and good mutual understanding between therapist and client. That is exactly why many of my clients stay with me long-term.

Desi
Massage therapist
Speaks: Bulgarian, English
My name is Desislava Tsvetanova and ever since I was little I kneaded the shoulders of the people close to me. They often told me: 'Oh, what little hands, yet how strongly they press and how much they help us!'
Even then I believed that when I grew up I would find a way to help people with my hands. That was the moment I realised that even with small hands we can do big and meaningful things.
In 2001 I graduated from the National Sports Academy, and since 2009 I have worked professionally as a massage therapist. Over the years I have gained rich experience and keep developing my skills, because I believe every person deserves an individual approach and attention.
For me, massage is much more than technique. It is an opportunity to help people restore their balance, release accumulated stress and tension, and feel better both physically and emotionally.
My greatest reward comes from the moment a client rises from the table with a smile, a lighter step and a sense of more energy and harmony.
I believe a good massage begins with trust, attention and understanding toward the person in front of you. That is exactly what I strive to give every client at every visit.

Irina
Massage therapist
Speaks: Bulgarian, English, Russian
I'm Irina Hristeva. For me, massage is above all care for the person - attention to how they feel and what they need.
In everyday life we often find time for everything and everyone, and leave ourselves for last. I want your massage time to be a chance to stop for a while, set aside the tasks and the rush, and relax.
I believe a good massage begins with listening and with respect for your personal comfort. During the massage it matters to me that you feel calm and at ease.
I would like you to leave every one of our meetings with a sense of lightness and calm, and with the feeling that you have received real, personal attention.
