Questions about vouchers
How long is the voucher valid?
Twelve months from the date of issue.
Can it be returned or exchanged for cash?
No. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
How is it used?
It is redeemed with the code when booking an appointment.
What if the appointment is cancelled?
On a late cancellation — under 6 hours before the appointment — an appointment paid with a voucher is forfeited.
How is it paid for?
Online by card. Gift vouchers are paid in advance. All prices are in euros.
