Tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back from the desk or the day - the Mieli Massage. It works on the areas that carry the most tension today and runs from 60 to 120 minutes.

Heavy legs in the evening and a feeling of retained water - Contouring Lymphatic Drainage. It focuses on lymph flow and on shaping the silhouette.

You want your body to relax and your face to look rested at the same time - Glow & Lightness - Face & Body. It combines a personalised body massage with a lifting face massage in one 90 minute session.

Face only - Facial Sculpting, Glowing Lifting or Ultrasonic Facial Cleansing, depending on whether you are after firmness, glow or a cleanse.

You are pregnant - the Mum-to-be Massage, a gentle massage tailored to the mum-to-be. Recommended after the first trimester.

What to expect

We start with a conversation: what bothers you, since when, and whether a doctor has told you anything. The pressure changes at your word at any time - you do not need to grit your teeth for it to "work". If something is not comfortable, you say so and it stops.

The studio works by appointment only, so you do not wait. Mieli is a therapeutic massage studio. We are not an erotic salon.

When to see a doctor first

A pregnancy in the first trimester, sharp pain after an injury, swelling that does not go away or appears suddenly, numbness in an arm or leg. Here ask your doctor first, then a massage.
