The position you lie in
On your side, with cushions for the belly, lower back and between the knees - not face down, and not on your back for long. The position is arranged with you before we begin, and changed if it stops being comfortable halfway.
From which month
Usually after the first trimester. If you are earlier than that, or your pregnancy is considered high-risk, that is a question for your doctor, not for us - ask them and we will wait for the answer without pressing you.
What is worked on
Most often the lower back, the back and the legs - the three places that carry the most in these months. The pressure is lighter than an ordinary massage and the pace slower.
Practical
Tell us which month you are in when you book, so the room is ready in advance. If you get sleepy during the session, that is a good sign, not an inconvenience.
