  1. Appointments


 Please book your appointment in advance by phone or through our online form.
 We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the start of your treatment to relax and prepare for your session.

  1. Cancellations


 Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
 Cancellations made on the same day are subject to a 50% fee of the treatment cost.
 In case of no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

  1. Late Arrivals


 If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order not to delay the next client.
 Arrivals delayed by more than 15 minutes may result in automatic cancellation of the session or planned treatment.

  1. Personal Hygiene & Health Conditions


 We kindly ask all clients to maintain good personal hygiene.
 If you have any skin conditions, infections, or other health concerns, please inform your therapist in advance so the treatment can be adjusted accordingly.
 Massage is not recommended in cases of acute viral conditions or fever, as it stimulates metabolism and may worsen symptoms.

  1. Confidentiality & Professionalism


 All sessions are conducted in a discreet, calm and professional environment.
 Our therapists are certified and strictly follow the professional code of ethics.
 Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  1. Gift Vouchers


 Gift vouchers are valid until the date indicated on them and cannot be extended after expiry.
 The voucher must be presented at the visit (in electronic or paper format) by the person whose name is listed on it.

Massage for Pregnant Clients


 We offer specialized massages for pregnant women — please inform us of your condition when booking.
 Pregnancy massage is performed only after the third month and after consultation with a doctor.

Massage for Children


 Children’s massages are performed only in the presence or with the consent of a parent/guardian.
 Recommended age: 7+ years.

COVID-19 and Other Infectious Illnesses


 If you have symptoms of flu, cold or viral infection, please postpone your appointment.
 We operate under enhanced hygiene measures for the safety of all clients and staff.
