You see it on screen, download it as a PDF, and receive it by email with the code.
Questions about vouchers
What do I get after paying?
The card appears on screen straight away — a photo of the massage, the recipient's name, your name, your personal message, the code and the expiry date. You download it as a PDF, and the same arrives in your inbox.
How does it reach the recipient?
You send it to them — forward the email, send the PDF or print it. The studio does not write to the recipient.
Can the recipient choose a different massage?
No. The voucher is for the massage it was bought for. Nothing is lost and there is no top-up — the same massage is booked.
How much does it cost?
The price of the massage you choose — from €45 to €105. There is no open-value voucher.
How long is it valid?
Twelve months from the date of purchase. The expiry is checked at redemption.
How is it used?
The code is entered when booking an appointment.
Can it be returned or exchanged for cash?
No. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
What if the appointment is cancelled?
On a late cancellation — under 6 hours before the appointment — an appointment paid with a voucher is forfeited.
