I’m Elena Ivanova — or as many now call me, Eli Mieli — the creator of Mieli Massage in Sofia.
My journey began eight years ago, born from knowing what it feels like to stand on the edge — of stress, pain, exhaustion… and how a genuine massage, given from the heart, can bring you back to yourself.
I wanted Mieli to be a place where every person feels seen, heard, and cared for.
I started alone — with my hands, my heart, and a deep wish to listen.
Over time, the body began to “speak” — and I learned how essential it is to truly hear it.
Today, Mieli is a small sanctuary of calm in the heart of Sofia — a space where care isn’t a service, but a mission.
A place where the mind grows quiet, the soul smiles, and the body restores itself.
My dream has become reality.
